DON'T BE FOOLED BY HIS BOOK, THE POLITENESS, THE OTHERS ARE RIGHT, also THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN YOU ARE NOT LOOKING. I WAS CONSTANTLY COMPARED TO OTHER WOMEN WHO "NAG THE OFFICE". I CALLED TWICE IN 4 MONTHS ONLY BECAUSE I WAS RETURNING THEIR CALLS. I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD THEY WERE HOLDING ON FILE (only way to see the doc) IMMEDIATELY AFTER FINDING THAT THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT TELLING ME. BEING AFRAID OF BEING CHARGED I WAS AFRAID TO CALL THATS WHY IT WAS ONLY TWICE.

Dr Sami David is not allowed to charge monitoring fees as once believed. Notice he doesn't give you any paperwork on monitoring fees. Look up your STATE & LOCAL HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES DEPT and NY MEDICAL LICENSING BOARD they will tell you and save you lots of money.

Tell your medical insurance about how much you are being charged by this doctor and to educate you on what is ok and what isn't. I found out from another woman that I met at his office who was disgusted at the pricing. She told me her INSURANCE COMPANYS FRAUD DEPT. helped her get her $ returned. She said a doc can't charge a patient who has a certain insurance any price because though he may not accept insurance he was still a "CERTIFIED DOCTOR WITH HER INSURANCE but the doc can't charge a patient more than what he has contracted with that particular insurance company that that patient may have. His office tried to claim ignorance as I found out the same has happened to me. In the end heres what I have to show for seeing this man, NOTHING. The office manager Sarah was even shocked when she told me nothing was in my file as far as what he planned on doing for me BUT THERE WAS A NOTE TO GET MY NEW CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH THEM after all the blood work he sent me for, for months his only concern was to charge me $150.
