Paul Nassif gave me Poor results, Poor service and Financially exploited me, and is harassing me to shut up using his ‘Gag Contracts’. I am warning you, there are other patients in the US who have to follow his ‘Gag Contracts’ and shut up, but since I do not live in the US I simply ignore his ‘Gag Contracts’. Be informed! I cry big time after my experience with Paul Nassif. Him and his team deceived me and took a hefty sum of money!

After a patient signs the waiver (‘Gag Contract’), online ‘reviews’/‘postings’ from the patient on “web pages, blogs, and/or mass correspondence” become the “Intellectual Property Rights” of a physician “for any written, pictorial, and/or electronic commentary”. Patients that are unhappy with their procedure who signed the physician’s ‘Gag Contract’ have gagged the patient from informing the public. See uploaded 'Gag Contract'.

Now he and his lawyer pester me continuously and threaten me with his ‘Gag Contracts’ to stifle my freedom of expression rights on the internet. Additionally, my ‘reviews’ were removed from the internet.

Surgeons may also threaten website owners to remove the 'bad comments', although the 'comments' are likely to be factual.

I warn you: read carefully before you sign anything with this surgeon. Their contents are tricky and deceiving (as you can see in the uploaded Paul Nassif’s ‘Gag Contract’)

Be Aware: Paul Nassif is a heavy marketer and business-minded person. On Paul Nassif’s home web page he proudly displays a box titled ‘Proud of our Reputation with Patients’ where he displays rating feedback from different rating sites. Be careful, I call him a hypocrite! His patients are given ‘Gag Contracts’ and cannot speak freely on the internet. See uploaded evidence. Paul Nassif's webpage: www.rhinoplastyspecialist.com

Furthermore, at the physician rating site, RateMDs.com, Paul Nassif is on its webpage: ‘Wall of Shame’ ( http://www.ratemds.com/social/?q=node/35256 ). Physicians who make prospective patients sign ‘Gag Contracts’ are added to the ‘Wall of Shame’. See uploaded evidence.

Furthermore, according to online articles Paul Nassif is in a lawsuit with an insurance company (CIGNA) claiming that the insurance company told its customers that Paul Nassif is committing fraud and they have their “eye on him”.

I am the author of this post with the name Rhinospecialistaaaaa.

Please note that my concern with Dr. Nassif has been positively rewolved. I wish to remove this post but this site is not allowing to do so. Now I am happy.

Reason why I cannot sign in with the same username is because I registered with an Aol account and complaintsboard does not send a confirmation code to Aol accounts in Europe.

Do you work for Nassif?

Paul Nassif gives 'Gag Orders'! That is a fact. International people have ease of access to speak up their mind and Paul Nassifd and his team and lawyers cant stop international patients! They can use other means to hinder a botched and robbed patient's words, one of which is to post after a complaint to make the complaint less 'harmful' to the company. I am an international patient myself and Paul Nassif promotional sites pops up when I search on the web for plasticsurgery.

I ve seen MULTIPLE Nassif 'positive posts' over the internet which you could tell that they are not posted by real people. The latest is a post written in Spanish by someone out of the woods-how come this person registered to an American-English website, how did this 'Spanish' or 'Mexican' person read in English?. Rate Mds removed most of his posts. Each and Every time I ask these 'patients' on sites to send or post their before and after pictures they never do. Strange and fraudulent! Scam?! If they are real patients they will post or share their pictures.

I ve seen botched surgeries from Paul Nassif and it is a fact that he is a heavy marketer yearning for money. His prices are too high!

Thing is that all the reviews that were removed from any website about Nassif were the ones that you wrote using multiple screen names.

It is fraud and wanton misrepresentation to use multiple accounts as to give the appearance of many people either with the same complaint. You tell your audience here that complaints about him were removed but you withhold why they were removed. They were removed because the webmasters spotted FRAUD; several multiple accounts from the same person in MALTA (you).

So any website removing your multiple ID accounts (which you claim here were posts by 'different' people getting removed) is NOT doing that because you have a 'gag order'. They do it because they SPOT that all the multiple IDs used are from MALTA and from the same person; YOU, pretending to be several patients.

So surgeons actually don't threaten website owners to remove your posts pretending to be many different people. There is no need to as no self respecting website owner is going to want their boards ASTROTURFED with your complaints using multiple accounts. They readily recognize that ALL of the complaints of the same nature are coming out of MALTA and highly unlikely there would be hundreds of 'different' people from MALTA all with the same content.

Facts are that you are using fraudulent means to post your complaints which is WHY webmasters on: Rate MDs, MMH, SteadyHealth and PSS have banned many of your multiple IDs and have removed some of your content. Astroturfing under multiple accounts on all of the same websites you have done that on is FRAUD on your part. Fraud to the webmasters and board owners and fraud to the readers on those boards who you have DUPED into thinking you were 'many people'.
