Dr. Dina Ali review: I requested a call back from Dr. Dina Ali, on Thursday, December 18, 2025. It is now December 22nd.

In early December I requested a refill of my Gabapentin. I did this request via the Clinic's online medication refill process. The prescription has always been refilled for 90 days at a time, which is 2 capsules/day. Ninety capsules came in the bottle with these directions: "Take 2 capsules by mouth daily at bedtime for 180 days." Having only received 90 capsules, this prescription will need to be refilled in only 45 days. I went to my pharmacy and said that the directions did not make sense. My pharmacy said the doctor wrote the directions to only disperse 90 at a time. No doctor has ever refilled this prescription in this manner before. I will have a new mail order drug plan in January. I believe this could be an issue. That is why I requested a callback from Dr. Ali.
