Calvin L. Hobbs, MD & Dr. Eddie Cheeks, are often rude to patients, and have been fired from the Hospitals they both used to work for; they ARE NOT board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and both have numerous malpractice cases filed against them. They are highly recommended by other physicians in their field!- SO WATCH OUT!

Dr. Hobbs. Is a wonderful Doctor. He was kind & soft spoken man, who isconcern about you & your baby. And his Assistant & Staff was so Lovely. I had a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY & he took very good care of me. He was my Doctor when had my Daughter in 1995. He was the Doctor of 2 of my Sisters. 1 of my Sister Dr. hobbs delivered all 3 of her children in [protected]. He even delivered my oldest daughter child in 2006. And I'm so proud to say tomorrow my Daughter he delivered in 1995, will have her first visit with him. He will be her New Doctor in we live Columbia, Sc. So that just shows he's HIGHLY RECOMMEND... Being a Doctor that deliver Babies can be a hard job. So I Thank The Lord For Dr. Hobbs. Great Job Done. Thank You Dr. Hobbs & Staff. From Ms. Oakley & Family...
Dr. Eddie Cheeks, Dr. Princessa Johnson, and Dr. Calvin Hobbs are Board Certified Physicians in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Cheeks was appointed to the Georgia Composite Medical Board and remained on the Board for Thirteen years and was elected President of this Board twice during those thirteen years. Dr. Cheeks, Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hobbs hospital affiliations include: University Hospital, Trinity Hospital, and Doctors Hospital of Augusta where each Physician is on staff and practices at each of these Hospitals. Their new office, The Academy of Women's and Children's Health, is conveniently located in the Daniel Village shopping center on Wrightsboro Road. They are highly skilled, talented and trained Physicians. Their staff includes: Registered Nurse's, Sonographer's, Medical Assistants, Operating Room/Surgery Assistants, and Phlebotomist's.
