Dr Bhamidipati Narasimha Murthy review: Refund

Dear Chairman/CEO
I am a retired employee as Scientist G (Director Grade) from The Indian Council of Medical Research under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. I have been using Easemytrip.com for booking my tickets simply because of the offer of no convenience fee.
Two days back , I booked round-trip air tickets for my wife and me to Visakhapatnam from Hyderabad. We planned to leave on 28/10/2025 and return on 07/11/2025. I received an e-mail from Indigo on the evening of 27/10/2025 that the flight with PNR Number F3PVJC was affected by Montha Cyclone and scheduled our trip to early morning at 5=40 AM of 29/10/2025 which was inconvenient and unadjustable for us. Indigo suggested Plan B through which I can cancel the flight with PNR F3PVJC at ZERO Cancallation fee. I received an e-mail from Indigo Customer Experience Expert that the amount of Rs 7994/- was already sent to Easemytrip account..
To my surprise, easemytrip is yet to confirm and refund the entire amount without deducting the Convenience Fee of Rs 600/- to my account.
I request that necessary intervention may be initiated to see that a fair deal is made and refund the entire amount due to me without further delay.attaching the e-mail from Indigo informing that the refund of Rs.7994/- is sent to your agency.
