i just want to warn anyone unfortunate enough to be referred Doug Geyman, attorney at law in San Diego, California that he is a con-man. he has no intention of actually representing anyone. he will take WINNING cases only and then negotiate with the other side. they PAY him handsomely for YOUR EVIDENCE preventing the threat of you taking your WINNING case to another lawyer.
this guy took my money and my case and then made a deal with the opposite side. he kept ALL MY DOCUMENTS! In order to prevent me from taking my case elsewhere. his intention in taking cases is to obtain a retainer and the evidence proving a case and then contacts the opposition and offers to sell them your evidence and avoid a lawsuit. then he simply ignores the client until they give up trying to contact him.
he is a sleaze bag. and a criminal.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am former employee of the City of San Diego, who had been subjected to one of the most severe and prolonged harassment, discrimination, retaliation because of my Race, Ancestry, National Origin (Middle eastern) in the history of The City of San Diego.
The high volume of unlawful conducts against me by The City was that severe that I experienced signs of TIA / Mini Stroke in the work place which followed by development of permanent life time neurological injuries to me and development of muscle malfunction by the end of my life.
In fact, the individuals in the City of San Diego had committed "Hate Crime" against me, once they realized that I was injured in the work place and defend-less. I had been subjected to a prolonged and high frequency "Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress" which finally ended up TIA/Mini Stroke and permanent life muscle malfunction.
During my employment in the City of San Diego, I became mentally and neurologically "disabled" in the work place in last months of my employment. Then subjected to tremendous unlawful conducts and pressures such as "Physical Assault", "Profanity", "Threat", "Workers Compensation Fraud", "Felony in Violation of CA Penal Codes", "Fraud", " False Statements", "False Imprisonment: Intentional tort", "Work Related Harassment", " Crime of False Report to SDPD", " Retaliation for Whistling for Public Safety", "Abuse of the City Internal Policies", " Retaliation for opposition for over $100, 000 corruption by one of the managers in processing of CHANGE ORDER of public paid projects", "Retaliation for my opposition to the Negligence of the City managers/supervisors against public safety and "my safety warnings" which had ended up the DEATH of one of the residents in San Diego during construction of one of the projects ", "Retaliation for my oppositions to harassment and discrimination" and various other unlawful conducts.
Finally in last months of my employment, the Deputy Director in the City of San Diego, conducted "Physical Assault" and "Profanity" against me in a meeting and after I notified him of the damages to the efficiency of my work and health by him.
In other incidents / meeting and for multiple times, I was even PHYSICALLY FORCED to sign memorandum (against myself) and against my WILL.The City of San Diego, had violated many of the US Regulations.
I had even submitted the VOICE RECORD of one of the incidents that the Deputy Director had PHYSICALLY FORCED me to sign a Memo "against my will" by quick physical attack. Before that meeting, I had been notified by supervisors that I should SIGN anything (against myself and without HESITATE) that the Deputy Director ask me to sign.
After various of such incidents, I requested Fact Finding Investigation against the Deputy Director but managers in The City of San Diego, clicked against me and discharged me from work by high volume of fabricated False Statements for the sake of the job security of Deputy Director. In fact, I was terminated (victimized) instead of the Deputy Director. In another incident, Deputy Director even RAN AFTER ME to beat me ! Any way...
Before being discharged from work, I had notified the Managers in The city of San Diego of "The Notice of The Right To Sue" for conduct of "Systematic Mental Torturing" and after that I was terminated followed by FORCES RESIGNATION.
In early 2014, I attended the Office of Douglas Geyman. My case was strong to win. He promised me a lot. first he requested for $2, 500.Then Gradually he requested more and more. I paid him about $30, 000 while I was financially in crisis.
Finally, I realized that he had NOT even read my submitted documents to him. His submitted case, on behalf of me, was very weak. He even had "Copied/Paste" from another complaint to my submitted complaint.This gentleman, only thinks about MONEY. He is NOT trust able. DO NOT TRUST WHAT MR. GEYMAN TELLS YOU.
This Gentleman even did not KNOW that the claims against The City of San Diego, should be submitted to The City Risk Management and I paid price of his MISTAKES and Lack of Knowledge!
He does not have sufficient knowledge of his work too. In October 2014, I became "Self-Represented" in my case while the case was not amended yet. Finally, I dismissed my case "Without Prejudice" because of the development of injuries to me by The City of SD and being incapable to pursue the case.
In 2015 and during discoveries of litigation, I discovered "Written Evidences" that the Deputy Director in the City had "FRAUDULENTLY" and "WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE" had reported against me that I was "DRUG ABUSER!", " SUBSTANCE ABUSER!", "ALCOHOL ABUSER !", etc...to support the decision for my termination. I even discovered that my submitted "Leave Slips" even were falsified by the USE OF WITE-OUT for my termination!
My case was vert STRONG to win in the court but Mr. German even had made MISTAKE in presenting my claim in 2014.
