We no longer have a DOT number. We wrote the USDOT that we do not have this number and sold our truck two years ago. This company contacted us and even said that they spoke with my husband which is untrue. We are tired of receiving these notifications. I delete them and it does no good. See below:
Dear Keith Ladage (KEITH LADAGE FARMS),
Thanks for extending your time today in order to discuss more about getting your DOT compliance and as we discussed, I will call you back on 02 Sep 2022 01:00 PM.
Your DOT# 1943849 is PAST DUE to complete and file your Biennial Update with DOT per CFR part 49 article 390. FMCSA requires all entities under its jurisdiction to update their information every two years. For your DOT#, an MCS150 edit was done on 22nd March, 2019, but the Biennial Update is due since 30th September, 2020 and can only be filed in the month that it is due.
This needs to be completed as soon as possible in order to avoid any interruptions to your current business as failure to comply may result in deactivation of your USDOT number and civil penalties of $1,000 per day, not to exceed $10,000.
