Ref our Tel conversation re Two Hotel Barcelona by Axel

In fact, the hotel is not suitable to my family need at all beside that the hotel didn’t clean the rooms for the whole day.

According to the telephone conversation was to check out from the hotel on 12.10.2016 due to the several reasons I have mentioned.
At the first call you accepted to check out after you informed the reception. Then, due to the second call, it seems when you knew that the reservation isn’t only 1 room but 3 rooms you replied to me after 20 Minutes stating that hotel don’t accept for the 3 rooms only for 1 room to check out from.

Consequently, you should recall the hotel and inform them to cancel the reservation for your and my favor.

If nothing will get changed I will be considered it against human rights which means you want to force us to stay at the hotel and I hope that this won't happen.
You still have time to finalize this case to check out the 3 rooms from the hotel!

PS: I respect all the people and hate racism while at the same time I don’t like to be fooled.
