Donnerberg Rottweilers...This is an example of bad customer service in total as the breeders acts as if and though they are the legal system. Cheri Ruzich is a Rottweiler Breeder who claims to know a ton about Rottweilers. She may be knowledgeable though when it comes to the service side or in her case business she fails. She is rude and will drive each and every aspect of any issue back at you. I highly recommend to use any other Rottweiler Breeder as she will act so nice and then turn on you. The most important thing to see is the customer is what drives the business, period. Take care of the customer and referrals and business are the sky.

I just bought a Rottweiller Pup from Cheri Ruzich after literaly years of research to find a good breeder and I have just one word " Best breeder " my pup was already potty train by 11 wks old knows sit, down, stand, come, place if she was a peedler i am sorry but it would show . My puppy was worth all the moneys and more. She make sure that i have the right pup for my household too and she really cares I got the best service from her.
We just recently got our Rottweiler puppy from Donnerbergs Rottweilers (Cheri Ruzich) and are SO happy! We have absolutely NO complaints at all and are extremely happy with our experience. Cheri is very nice and will help you every step of the way through the entire process. She puts a lot of love and dedication into her breeding and only breeds the highest quality Rottweilers. She made sure that we chose the right puppy for our family too. Even now that our puppy is home, she still helps us with puppy advice. She will go above and beyond to make sure that her puppies go to the right families. Im glad to read that Cheri got the puppy back from this guy with this odd complaint... His story doesn't make any sense. But after reading Cheri's response, it all makes sense... since the truth always makes way more sense then lies. Anyway - we absolutely LOVE our pup we got from Donnerbergs Rottweilers! Cheri is awesome! :)
I am Donnerberg Rottweilers. I sent Corey Hernandez individual photos of a beautiful puppy, then he approved the puppy and I flew the puppy to him. After receiving the puppy he decided he wanted a different puppy and I bought the puppy back and gave him all his money back minus the shipping fees. After I received the puppy back I discovered that Corey lied to me about where he lived. He gave me a bogus home address. Then he asked me to send him another puppy and I told him I wouldn't unless he provided me with a true home address and he refused and said if I didn't do everything he was demanding he'd go online and try to discredit me.
Seller beware, don't sell any puppies or animals of any kind to Corey Hernandez who lives somewhere near Phoenix, Arizona. I suspect he is doing something illegal otherwise he'd be happy to provide any breeder with his address.
This was a bogus complaint.
