I bought the docking station for my Ultrasound machine VENUE 40 online in the Doctors Toy Store.
10.3.2025: I have paid USD 1130.- for a docking station that the seller wrote me is unused and perfectly functioning.
27.3.2025: Arrival of the docking station at my home in Switzerland. Immediate email to the seller that the docking station is not working properly. Defective locking mechanism, so that my ultrasound VENUE 40 cannot be fixed in the docking station. Then the docking station was opened. Many screw sockets are defective, brittle plastic that is broken or cracked. See photos.
The electrical system works. But the housing, which should hold my ultrasound in the docking station, does not and is in danger of falling apart.
My goal is to get money back so I can find someone here who can fix it for me, at least so I can use it.
