Doctor Stacey Triana General Dentistry review: Dental procedures misdiagnosis cost me thousands and months

I have been a patient of Dr Trianas for several years. Unfortunately, I am compelled to file this complaint. In April of 2022 my bridge on the upper part of my mouth fell out. When I made an appointment with Dr Triana, she suggested a partial denture. She then recommended an oral surgeon to pull my front teeth. And Dr T fitted me for an upper denture. When the dentures came in, they did not fit. Additionally I informed her of a pain I was having in my good upper tooth and she gave me an antibiotic. When I went back for an adjustment in June She could not do the adjustment as the same tooth as hurting. I suggested an x-ray. She complied and then sent me to get a root canal. Unfortunately the tooth was no good and had to come out. Thereby nullifying my dentures as there was no good tooth to attach the dentures to. I called her office and the oral surgeon, The oral surgeon recommended implants to resolve this issue. Dr T. never called me back to discuss alternatives. With the dentures worthless (no x-ray on the attachment tooth) All monies and insurance as well as the dentures were lost. When I received a past due bill today August 8, 2022, addressed too my husband. He called to inquire about the bill. The staff person explained the bill, which he did not agree with and then asked why Dr T never called me back to come up with alternatives. My husband then called Atena Ins, and asked about these charges. Needless to say, they made an accounting mistake on insurance and was charging me. After speaking with a Atena representative, My husband then proceeded to file 2 complaints with Atnea regarding the billing and the denturess. on Dr, T. Within 2 hours I received 2 calls from Dr T. She hung up the first call as my husband answered, she called right back. She was a lunatic, yelling at me and calling my husband a terrorist because he questioned on why she did not call back. She stated it was my fault about the dentures. NO no no, if she would have taken an xray ahead of time she would have known the dentures would not work, and I should not have been the one to tell her to xray my tooth. She should know the procedure for dentures.

Because of her lackadaisical attitude not x-raying me. All monies spent on dentists as well as the dentures (worthless) are lost. Now I need implants that cost over 19,000. She took 3 months of my time, money, and then calls and yells at me (which I hung-up on her) Called my husband a terrorist for questioning a bill, she was negligent in her oath as a doctor. Very unprofessional and arrogant. She misdiagnosed me by not checking the tooth the dentures should have been attached to. I have been walking around with no front teeth and it has affected my quality of life as well as an exorbitant expense.
