DMC review: Paid up letter

Im having difficulty in getting my paid up letter with company DMC.

They are really being unfair to me and not even allowing me to contact/speak to the manager or supervisor is only consultants I communicate with.

I requested settlement letters then they have send me the letter I paid according to the letter now im told that I have an outstanding balance on the account yet I paid according to the settlement letter & I paid within 30 minute that letter was send.
