We decided to give DMA a chance to help us with our SEO project for 7 months. We were hoping to see some progress and improvement in our website's ranking on search engines. However, we were disappointed with the results they provided us. They sent us reports of the progress they made, but we noticed that the same problems they supposedly fixed were still present. We even wrote content for posting both on and off site, but they were unable to generate any content themselves. We were disappointed to find out that the content we wrote did not get linked properly, and the internal SEO review in Wordpress found many errors.

During the 6 months that they actually provided any service, we generated only 3 leads, and none of them led to conversions. We were hoping for better results, but unfortunately, we did not get what we paid for. We prepaid for their services on the 15th of April, and just before March 15th, we expressed that we were going to stop at the end of our prepaid time (04/15/21). However, we were surprised to find out that all the phone numbers and email addresses for all the contacts we had at DMA were no longer in operation. We even called the number on the invoice that we were emailed, but it was answered by a medical service company in Florida that had no idea what we were talking about.

We were extremely disappointed with the service provided by DMA, and we felt that we were scammed. We have initiated a report to the BBB and FTC to prevent other people from experiencing the same thing. We hope that DMA will take responsibility for their actions and improve their services in the future.
