The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They advertise a product that you are suppose to be able to smoke any where and to help you stop smoking, and how good the product is ect..ect..ect.. for $4.95. What they don't tell you up front is that it's a trial offer and after 14 days they will bill your CC for the full price of the product @ $109 without your authorization. That's just plain wrong, especially as hard as money is to come by these days. ECIG.COM, I HOPE YOUR COMPANY ROTS IN HELL FOR THIS SCAM.

P.S DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY FIRST

this company is running a scam they say you can get there offer for 4.95 but fail to make it known that they will keep charging your credit card to the tune of 69.90 a month without your knowlage it is a rip-off in no uncertian terms I guess I got took but for all the others that are thinking about getting something from them get ready to get screwed

We also ordered the starter kit. It took 8 days to get here. They now say we are passed or 14 day trial period and must pay the shipping on the next order of $119.00. We tried without success to call several times. No one ever answered. Finally we got through on Jan 3. This was the 15 day after shipping and they had charged my credit card 2 days before.
The lady we talked to was like a recording. No matter what I said, she said we only had 14 days and that time was up. We tried to ask more questions cause we really wanted this to work. She repeated herself and hung up. I got an instant e-mail saying we were cancelled. I also sent a message to their e-mail and received no answer.

Pain and simple this is a ripoff sham.Absolutely the worst customer service.I sat on hold 4 different times for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.No emails ever answered.This company needs to be shut down.I sent a complint to the florida attorney general.

I ordered a non-smoke cigerarette thing for free with paying shipping. They are sending me cartridges I did not order for $109.90. The order says the "first" ship-I assume they will be sending me more; I do not want them.

I couldn't find out who owned these businesses. www.directecigscams.com - has a lot of good info on who owns these fraudulent companies.

Same complaints here.This company is a ripoff sham.I tried to contact there customer service the next day after recieving my trial.
In which would have been plenty of time before. the shipping date of the order.which was jan 3.this was only the 7th.
Over 4 hours total spent on hold.Emails never answered.They have an opt out plan which could not be accessed I tried at least 10 times on the site to opt out on the 70.00 automatic debit monthly charge that they stated on the site was a money saver option..
I cancelled my debit card on the 7th to avoid any more charges from my bank..
