Customer service at is terrible. They will not get back to you and really provide no helpful service. So if you run into any problems with your purchase, good luck!! You are pretty much left to fix things on your own. has no return policy, they would not let me exchange an item I had not used yet! If something is broken and you want to return it, they will stick you with a $20 restocking fee on top of all the other hassle. Terrible!! Buy from someone more reputable!

    Yes, is a really bad company, will not provide any service for you except selling things to you, no any service at all, no matter you call or email them, just no any responds. be ware of it!!!

    Val Icy Jan 25, 2018 is one of the worst companies I ever dealt with! Their service is horrible, for any problems they just forward you to either (where their orders are actually processed) or shipping company and the later ones will send you back to due to their policies. And if your item is larger than normal expect big extra shipping charges after the order placement!
