Purchased Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 12/09/2011. Unable to play game. Emailed Direct 2 Drive on 12/09/2011 ref problem and they responded to contact EA - maker of game. EA is a total waist of time - everything they advised me to do does not work. Emailed Direct 2 Drive again - 6 times - and they will not respond. I have asked them for a refund or credit and did so within the 48 hrs they say you have to ask for refund. I assume they are ignoring me to make sure the 48 hrs has passed so they can say NO. Direct 2 Drive is a rip off - don't waist your money because they do not care about their customers and are selling junk.

i bought crysis thinking i was getting the full game that means the bin32 and the bin64 versions of the game in working order to my surprise all i got was bin32 the 32 bit version of the game. So wondering where the other half of my game was i sent them a support ticket took them 3 days to reply i got a generic response that did not answer my question and they now will not return any emails or support tickets what a company.
