Dining Privilege review: Holiday voucher

I hold a dining privilage membership holiday voucher for Holiday Inn Kochi for past two years

Last year when the existing membership was due to expire for renewal they had offered that any three un utilised vouchers would be revalidated for a period of three months on renewal of existing membership

I agreed and renewed the membership for another year to expire by August 2023. Three vochers which were unutilised was mailed to get it revalidated which was subsequently confirmed

since the validity of re validated voucher was only three months I had placed a booking for two days at Holiday Inn Kochi using the revalidated voucher

the dining privilege customer care executive who had renewed my membership had declined the request that the rooms are no vacant

susbequently I mailed to dining privilage mail id with details of voucher which they had made the reservations

The confirmation voucher when sent to the dining privilege executive at Holiday Inn hotel they declined that only one stay voucher could only be revalidated which is against the promise and confirmation earlier received by me at the time of renewal

Thus in short first they tried to prevent my usage of the revalidated vocuher which I circumvented through email process.

Now they need extra charges for one day stay

This abosulute cheating from Holiday Inn representatives as well as Dining Privileage which I use this platform to inform all general public that you will be cheated if you take a dining privilege membership voucher and stay at Holiday Inn.

This is the second such incident and I request all public to refrain else you will loose money.
