Eric, the contractor who is backed financially by hidalgo industries was caught embezzling over 120k from my loan that I obtained from the bank.

He submitted false invoices marked as being paid when they were not. I had a total of 8 leone filed on my home. So after already my bank funding the draws to pay thee bills, that never got paid, I had to be out of pocket 2 times costing me over 120k +++.

This ### claims he is a man of god but keeps robbing Peter to pay Paul. Not to mention his shady building attempts had failed each inspection 3 times. Yes, 9 failed inspections

Diamond R is not a reliable builder. Buyer beware. I have over 12 pages of "walk list" items that was presented prior to our one year to Phillip Walker. Eric was gone by this time. All Phillip did was delay and more delay with excuses of his management preventing him from spending the money needed to fix the issues. What a good portion of it was he couldn't find any trades that would work for him because he would pay them. This left him with using way below poor quality tradesmen. We stayed in constant communication with him throughout the build and he could have fixed these issues then. Phillip quit and we thought that his replacement would take some pride. Thayer was hired and he is as worthless as Phillip was. I was given Laney Mooney's cell phone, he the president, and called him many times and even told him that I'm willing to reduce the list if the more critical items were resolved. Nothing was done. It's really sad to see first hand that there are cheats out there and still building houses for people. Just to ensure, we have built 6 custom homes and we have never experienced the customer care issues, poor workmanship and outright don't care attitude that Diamond R and their staff has shown. Soon after we closed (should have never done that) we were hit with several liens. I could go on all day. I'll not rest until I get closure. Anyone want to contact me you can at dkquick3729@sbcglobal.net

Wish had seen this post earlier. A friend of mine contracted with Diamond R Builders and Diamond R built only 1/3 of the house and walked away. LEFT THE JOB unfinished. Now she is left to find another another builder to finish the job and correct all mistakes made by Diamond R in the first place. Diamond R has withdrawn an enormous amount of money from the bank account and will not provide receipts for what has been drawn to date. A bunch of no good snakes.

Well, after long and strenuous emails back and forth back and forth, I have managed to collect all but $22k-$24k, I don't have the exact figure infrint of me. One would wonder why on earth a company would pay a good chunk of their debt off but not the rest of it? Not even an excuse as to why they won't finish paying the last $22-24k+.
They, I mean, Eric H. Eric R. Apparently was let go after my situation was exposed to the higher ups. Now Eric H. Is supposedly in charge and has tried every possible stall tactic, blow off, excuse in the book to not finish paying what he drafted up to be my remaining balance! Yes, that's exactly right! After putting a binder together of all costs, and readjusting final figures at least 4 or 5 times( even though no work has been done on the home in almost 2 years! ) I won't even go into why my balance that I am owed keeps changing, but after all is said and done, Eric H. Made a binder that ended up being $18k+ in remaining balance, how ever, there are about 4-6k in other charges I did not receive credit for. But in either case, they won't even pay me the amount they, in writing admitted to owing me! Forget the 24 or 26k, how about the 18+k you owe me?
This is where things end up if you decide to ignore messages and miss deadlines that YOU gave me. Not very good business to let these sorts of things go public, I suppose any publicity is good publicity?
Next will be all claims then liens placed on any asset owned swell as the clients you build for! That's right, just like the 6 liens I had placed, no not threatened, but legally placed on my home because they wouldn't pay the invoices out of my Loan but instead robbed Peter to pay Paul and used my Loan to pay off unrelated debt!

it's pretty sickening what this company did with my loan money AND my personal savings that I put into the house on top of the note. in short, I let them collect 5% on the agreement they would send in my invoices and they collect 5% on the amount while was suppose to get paid back the amount they submitted on my behalf. the bank even agreed to it but had no control where the money went after it was given to diamond R.

If anyone has even the slightest question about the validity of my claims, I will be happy to show the liens, the binder Eric put together admitting they still owed me over $18k+ and that the additional 4-6k was being looked into.
I can back my claim up 100%, do not let these guys touch your draws from your loan! Get the money yourself and pay them yourself to ensure EVERYONE gets paid! That is if you are brave enough to still use these guys.

Please contact me if you want to see proof. I do not want anyone else to endure what they put my family through!
