This company sends sales reps around to your home. They then make you think you can earn a Rainbow Sweeper. They set you up on what they call a 21 program. Where you demonstrate the Rainbow to 21 of your family and friends then you must sell one when you are finished with your 21. Then they make you finance the sweeper and defer the payments for 90days or so. So you think you will never make a payment. But if you sell a sweeper during this time they will pay you a commission. Well our salesperson took off out of the state when we had 1/2 of our 21 demos done. So the main guy Chris met with us because about 10-15 people got ripped off by them. He made a lot of promises he did not keep. And now several others including myself are stuck with $100 month sweeper payment and we did not even get all the attachements. He also threatened to sue me and was very rude and not professional at all! The sweeper is good but it is not worth the $2400 that I owe on it...I would not ever recommend purchasing one unless you just have extra cash lying around. Don't ever do their programs...

We did everything we could to do to help you in the situation you were in. Our Store tried to help the situation. Most would have turned their backs. On the end of the person doing the program, that has responsiblilty and follow threw also. We did try, and gave many chances. We have a neat program, and have been in business for a long time, and have had 1000's of people do a program like that. We have some customers that have done the program, and went on to stay full time, or are still with us 8 years later, 4 years, 3 years, and love what they do. We are sorry about the other distrubuter down south that left, they costed us close to 10, 000 in issues we had to clean up also.. But, again we did meet, and try to help your situation, you three were a two hours away from us, and that in it self was hard for us, but did all that we could do.
