I bought this power washer from Home Depot in Flint Township. The unit had an issue, but Dewalt would not help me out . They told me to call FNA [protected]. I tried to call them. They said to leave a message. I did, after 4 hours of waiting time. 2 weeks later no one had called me back yet. I called them back it was the same old story.
If you have to buy this power washer, don’t assume Dewalt will back you up. Try to buy extended warranty from Home Depot (or other retailer). I am very disappointed with Dewalt’s customer service. Also you can’t send Dewalt an email. Other companies have the same power washer and very good support (like John Deere or Northern tool, from my experience). Without Home Depot’s support on returns, I don’t think Dewalt could sell anything. Many thanks to Home Depot’s staff and associates. They were a big helping hand.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought my DeWalt DXPW3835 at Home Depot early April 2014 and have cleaned over 500, 000 square feet of concrete since bringing it home...Absolute no problems. Starts easily and works very well. This is truly a professional use machine and requires owners to read the
O&M manual. I have purchased other machines that do not come close to the durability of the DXPW3835. Always remember to winterize the Triplex pump assembly with RV type antifreeze in cold weather areas, or you will damage it. I consider this machine to be the REAL DEAL when it comes to professional grade power washers...A true 5 star machine !
