I recently engaged with Devisers Immigration Advisers for their immigration services, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply troubling and deceptive.

Background: In Feb 2023, I decided to seek assistance from Devisers Immigration Advisers to facilitate my immigration process to UNITED KINGDOM. With high hopes and trust in their advertised services, I entered into an agreement with the company, expecting professional assistance and guidance throughout the process.

The Dispute: I paid a substantial amount of 51,000 AED to Devisers Immigration Advisers for their services, trusting that they would fulfil their commitments as outlined in the agreement. However, it became increasingly evident that their promises were nothing more than deceptive tactics to lure unsuspecting clients.

Fraudulent Practices: Devisers Immigration Advisers engaged in a series of fraudulent practices, including misrepresentation of their services and failure to deliver on their promises. Despite assurances of guaranteed visa approvals and expedited processes, my immigration journey was riddled with delays, complications, and false assurances.

Breach of Agreement: The company blatantly breached the terms of our agreement by failing to provide the level of support and assistance promised. Their conduct was not only unethical but also a clear violation of consumer rights and fair business practices.

Demand for Refund: Given the egregious nature of their fraudulent practices and breach of agreement, I am demanding a full refund of the amount paid, totalling 45,000 AED. It is only fair that I receive compensation for the financial loss and emotional distress caused by Devisers Immigration Advisers' deceitful actions.

Resolution: Despite multiple attempts to address the issue directly with the company, my requests for a refund have been disregarded and dismissed. Therefore, I am seeking the intervention of the Consumer Rights Department to ensure justice is served and appropriate action is taken against Devisers Immigration Advisers.

Evidence: I have gathered extensive evidence to substantiate my claims, including copies of the agreement, payment receipts, and communication records with Devisers Immigration Advisers. I am fully prepared to provide any additional information or documentation required to support my complaint.

Conclusion: I urge the Consumer Rights Department to conduct a thorough investigation into the fraudulent practices of Devisers Immigration Advisers and take swift and decisive action against them. It is imperative to hold accountable businesses that engage in such deceptive practices and protect consumers from further harm.
