Be VERY careful about Dermapril product. Nothing is free, but they use an ad saying they will send you product sample for about $4 to $5. They send this very small amount to your credit card to make sure it's active. Once that small amount is approved, then you get billed $80 whether you return any product or not. And they do NOT tell you that you have to return the product either. They say they will send you a free sample; if you do not return the "sample" within so many days, then you pay $80 for it, and you get the same thing monthly with the same billing. It's almost impossible to stop or get ahold of anybody - this company is extremely unethical and after I finish reporting them to the Feds, hopefully this unethical behavior will stop.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
When searching for skincare reviews a site called the performance leader always comes up. they recommend dermapril over everything. i think dermapril created the site to promote their product. google it and see what i mean. if this is true they should be shut down. i have never used dermapril myself and never would. at this point i am just trying to reach the 100 word minimum so my review can be posted which i would complain about also. nothing is ever as easy as it seems. anyway i hope dermapril gets caught and every one gets their money back.
