I received my Florida Sunshine Medicaid health insurance card and I noticed it had an error on my birth year. I called Sunshine Health Member Services twice and both times said something different on how to handle the error on my card and my account. I was told to contact DCF and was hung up on by mistake I'm going to assume. Then tried the My access Fl account and if you don't have the problem they have listed then there is nothing the website can do to help you. My correct birthdate is 10/26/1987. On my Medicaid account and my snap account and my sunshine health Medicaid insurance card it says my birthdate is 10/26/1972 which needs to be corrected ASAP please! I was told at my methadone clinic my insurance didn't clear. I am sure it's because of the wrong birthdate year on my sunshine health insurance card and the correct birthdate year they used from my Florida identity card of 10/26/1987.
Desired outcome: Birthdate correction on my DCF account, my Sunshine Medicaid card/account and my Food stamp account. Change 10/26/1972 over to 10/26/1987
