I ordered a product their website listed as "in stock". after a week i contacted them to see when the item had shipped & was told it hadn't shipped because the item was "out of stock". they offered to substitute a similar item (only difference was one was mint flavored and one was unflavored). i agreed but when the shipment arrived instead of the $3.23 price for the original product i ordered i was billed $9.70 for the exact item the only difference being one was mint flavored and the other unflavored. i emailed them asking why the huge price difference but they didn't have the common courtesy to reply. i wont do business with them again.

I had an even worse experience. Ordered several Aqualizers from Received verification from [email protected] that showed scanned in UPS tracking number which stopped dead short on August 7 while still in Mass, Boston. Was supposed to receive on the 9th. But tracking stopped cold on August 7. Untraceable. Called US postoffice, and they see what I see when put in confirmation number. Told to contact sender. When call 800 number, has funny busy signal ALL OF THE TIME. Then put in telephone number to their "business" and found a link to a dental office somewhere, and called that number and same funny busy signal, yet same number as dentaldepot...underneath shows Pakistan address.. Suspect fraud from this site. Do not do business with them is how I feel. I sent email to [email protected] and faxed same complaint, but obviously no answer will arrive. I believe they are a scam. The tracking number stops short in Boston Mass...why? They can not be reached on the phone. Their phone number also links to some weird dental office with a business number which also is dead. The whole thing is a very big circular wary...
