I bought his iphone. Got an empty box (the contents were stolen in transit). Refused to receive the parcel, it was returned to the seller with the same tracking number. Seller refused to return the money. The seller got my parcel and got insurance. The seller received the money 2 times in your iPhone. I got nothing.The seller wrote negative reviews about me, my credit card was allegedly stolen and that I send him a fraud and a blank box with newspapers instead of computers.I do not advise to contact that person and the company!
The transaction was an eBay transaction and like a fool I shipped the item to "RUSSIA" not knowing that this clowns cousin worked in customs (how convenient). Supposedly when the box arrived in Mother Russia it was empty, but it was not, when the item left his cousin then it was empty. I would have lost the iphone and the $380, but I was to clever for this con man. I went into his feedback on eBay and sent messages to all his past sellers or victims as it would turn out because they immediately started sending me messages explaining that they too had been duped. This is where it gets really good. I contacted eBay, let them know what I had found and then contacted Paypal. I asked Paypal to search his past buys and were there many returns for stolen, lost, broken items, they said "why yes there were many". Ebay terminated this guys account, Paypal did the same and I basically sold an iPhone to a con man and he didn't get to con me. He actually told me "you covered by buyer protection anyway so just agree" and I say no, no agree. So screw you Evgeny Savenkov. And that's the rest of the story. DCB II
