First off, two out of the three movers they sent us the first day were high and only sat around talking about getting cross faded, hitting people up that owed them money and music. Only one guy was actually wrapping our stuff and getting everything boxed up and then finally the other guys would take boxes down once they were taped. Since they only depended on one guy to do most of the work, it took them 10 hours to pack up only about 1/3 of our two-bedroom apartment. Secondly, the movers said they would be back the very next day which was the day before Thanksgiving, and they never showed. Since the next day was a Holiday, of course no one showed up until two days later when my husband was starting the drive back to Texas that Saturday. Once the movers came back, they sent two different men. About 2 hours into the packing, one fell down our stairs and hurt himself pretty badly. Instead of sending out someone to replace him, he left for the hospital leaving only one guy to pack up the rest of our stuff which forced my husband to help pack up the rest when the moving group should have been in charge of everything. They didn't get done until almost 11 pm when the two movers originally arrived around 11. Since they didn't come the Wednesday and missed two days of moving along with sending people who didn't do their job, my husband couldn't properly clean the apartment by the time he had to leave Saturday night, so we were charged for a cleaning fee when we returned the keys. The movers informed us that we would have our stuff by mid-December but when we tried to get in contact with them once that time arrived, they informed us that due to paperwork mix up we wouldn't get our stuff until the week of Christmas. They never informed us to keep any receipts for stuff that we had to purchase extra due to having nothing - pots and pans, furniture, cookware - so we couldn't even file an inconvenience claim for all of the out-of-pocket expenses. We finally filed the claim for all of our home goods that were either broken or missing which was a lot and too much to actually submit in the file. They lost half of our sectional couch. I mean, how do you lose half of a couch, specifically the big side?

Desired outcome: my husband having to work for the 6 hours that only one worker was present and for the 2 weeks after our expected delivery date versus when it was actually delivered.
