Delivery Xtreme review: Paid more for deliver than for the actual food

I decided to order from McDonald's using Xrtreme delivery. Please note this was my first time. So the nice lady on the other end of the line tells me I had to pay an extra R14 bucks for delivery...which made sense I mean thats hte normal rate...right? but wait there's more! after wasting my airtime spending a good ten minutes yapping away on my expense she says...sweetly as ever like this was just a normal thing ' You do know know you have to pay an extra 20% on top of your bill right?'... well point is at the end of it all? I paid more for delivery than I did for the food I was ordering? Please explain how that happens?! So all in all I paid a huge difference between my food and delivery! and just when I thought I cannot possibly get any worse! the delivery person gets lost to my place only to find out I live just halfway down the street! Probelm with Xtreme delivery is not only the ridiculous prices but also they do not seem to have a sense of direction! Why be in delivery when you dont even know your own neighbourhood?!
