This guy swindled me into working over 40 hours for him trying to get his film financed and casted, and never paid me. He made promises of my future role in the films development, but as time went on I realized he had no money to pay me, then he gave me a "deal memo" that said all of my hours were part of an "unpaid training period". Of course I never knew it was unpaid while I was working it...He created fictional people that were part of his "team" and sent me emails from them... he claims his assistant is named "christina" and sends emails from an email address he has made up for her. She is not a real human being. He has also been known to use the alias's "bryan" "jenny jen jen young" and "will" as "team members" to make his organization sound legitimate. It is not. He is currently trying to swindle rich and famous people into paying for his play to go on off broadway, as well as a "major 3d indie film". They both suck, and are literally about being a male prostitute in Los Angeles. I think this man used to be a male prostitute in Los Angeles. Also he writes music which is HORRENDOUS. I'm talking about the worst music I've ever heard. The man could be a writer for creed.
Same here. He got me when I was starting out and made me think I was going to be an associate producer. What a fool I was. He's a narcissist and does not possess any work ethic or compassion for others. his "script" and "music" was and still is the worst [censored] I've ever seen. I honestly don't care if he ever gets the extensive psychiatric help he needs, I just hope he stops hurting others.
Wow. Yep. Same thing happened to me, c. 2008. What a piece of [censored]. He wasted hours and hours of my time, constantly changed his story, sent me emails from “Jen”, and would even call me as late as 10pm to wrap up the day and talk about himself. The worst part is, at the time I really needed work and this kept me from pursuing other opportunities during that time. What a sleezball. And yes, he has me read HIS scripts and listen to his music- ALL SUCKED. Once I figured out he was scamming me I filed a claim with the labor commission and scheduled a hearing. I showed up and he of course did not. I printed all of the emails of his promises (lies), calculated my hours and the court ruled in my favor and pursued my owed wages. He had no account linked to his [censored] company- or dissolved it do’s I was never compensated. Fortunately I’ve done quite well and Dean Whoever Whatever is likely still locked in his own puny h*ll of self. It just crossed my mind to google him and it did make me very happy to watch him EMBARRASS HIMSELF in one of those I wanna be an idol shows. I’m sure he googled himself everyday so my hope is that he reads this. I’m sure this ten-cent clown will think we’re all just haters. What a pathetic little predator and a waste of everybody’s time.
