That was the chance I took, and it paid off for me(your company too when you figure out the "true" selling price from all bids. I would also expect with all this, myself(and others if affected) would deserve more than a "We're sorry, here's 25 free bids" You should honor this and make it right...instead my account was cancelled and told I would get a refund.bad business and I still lose! Can you make it right? I'm going to wait for a response before I spread the word of my experience because I referred alot of friends to this and don't want them to lose too because I was giving this company high praise.

I've dealt with themn throughout the day. They have cancelled my account and I can not have it re-activated(according to them). I decided to try it one more time, because I enjoyed it so much...and if my prizes arrived...I still would have broke even. However, I still feel it was unfair(and only substantiates others who have said when they won a "major" prize(as I did) They were informed later that "something went wrong" and they would be given 25 bids for the trouble. I hardly feel thats fair(and I also still had 300 bids left). I feel you should honor my winnings or at least make up for them in a better way. I'm told my money will be returned(we will see) but, I still feel I deserve what I won. My user name is(was) mshydeaway Time will tell in a few weeks just how great this company truely is. I will be glad to go back and UPDATE my postings and rectify anything I stated but, as of now...I have no satisfaction and it doesn't appear I'm going to receive any. I've spent 2 days on here exploring complaints and(un) and satisfied customers, As a business owner myself, I understand complaints. Some are genuine, some are unjustified. I'm going to allow another 5 days.(Total of 1 week) to see how this plays out. I know I took a chance with my bidding, that was my choice! However, it paid off for me and I won...only to be denied later with a lame excuse(I had read of this by other "winners" later being denied of their prize due to "technical difficulties", but I took a chance anyway. I must admit.I really enjoyed playing(and most of my prizes were going to "TOYS FOR TOTS" . I just won a "major" prize and already had plans for it. With all I had won, I was going to give it another try as most of the gifts I'd won would amount to more than I'd spent...I enjoyed the fun of winning and the kids would enjoy the "surprizes". However, since I complained and asked for a refund or "honor" of the prize...I was now able to be permanently de-activated per policy, and unless I want to dishonest with my name and use a different cc#...I can't play anymore. I am an honest person so...unless you change my account status...I will forever remain an unhappy customer. I've asked my friends I recommended(and joined) to wait a week(I don't want them to lose anything due to my recommendations). This is how I chose to relax after a "long night at work", was able to have innocent fun, and others to be able to benefit from my slight gambling pleasure. Your customer service reps just didn't satisfy me...they were a poor excuse. Don't get me wrong.they agreed to give me a refund...but also denied the prizes...I won a much bigger value of what I spent(NOt including the MAJOR prize). I guess it was KARMA because it was going to others but instead...has just been a source of complete frustration for me now so... 4 days and counting for a comment or another type of resolution. Well, yesterday I noticed my account was charged an additional 71.00. I immediately contacted your customer service(via email--only way that works!) and got the automated message I should hear back in an hr. Your week is up, I havn't received my prizes, all of my money, or a response. I thought maybe the charge was for my "major" prize I won, and you were finally going to honor that. Well...still no response, the additional charge, and my account is forever locked. You have until Monday...3 days to make this right before I start my all out effort to let anyone and everyone listen to how your company is dishonest. I will be contacting my CC company, BBB, and every other subject matter on here to spread the word. This is the only email being answered so...a response is being awaited! Don't give me no crap about giving user name/ID etc...been there, done that! If my work schedule was different, I would start tonight!
Well, as expected, they have not honored my major prize win, in fact denied it from the very beginning. They have returned a portion of what I spent.however, I'm still waiting for my credit card to be credited back. So still am and probably will always be an unhappy customer. I WILL NOT EVER recommend this sight. BTW, seems they are a sister operation of NOMORERACK.com so, either company has alot to ever win over my trust. Avoid DEAF FUN and mostly any other penny auction because after studying them, you'll notice it's always the same 5-10 people who win the "major prizes" and the Insanity deals are always unavailable by the time you get your information...(even when it is stored)...You won't convince me this is an honest business...the closer you look, the more you see...I was their "sucker of the hour" Hopefully, my post will keep this happenning to you!

I have received only a few small items, and 2 of those were purchased "after" other items purchased. I have also sent numerous emails regards inability to spin the wheel. I was told to clear cache. I cleared my cache and still no luck with even the first spin. I replied to the email telling them that clearing the cache didn't work...no response. I have sent many since.
Would you please reimburse for packages purchased because I have not been able to get "free bids" to play without bid packages and I this was in mid November.

I also have won several item that I have never received, they keep saying the are sorry and give you free bids, but what good is bids if you do not get the stuff, I purchased bids and used them on an major item, after I used up the bids I tried to buy it now and they told be the were out of the item and give me back voucher bids, which are not good towards buy it now. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. Has anyone out there received anything from this company?
I won a lot of small items including a 'cool pix camera'. Three weeks later my transactions were cancelled and the payments were refunded. Supply problems I was told. Also my bids were returned, however they were now 'voucher' bids with a time limit.
So now my bought bids have been turned into voucher bids, I have no items coming to me and the site has next to nothing to bid on. I tried to bid last night and every click got nothing but a return to the home page. So my voucher bids are not usable.
They have turned my money into an illusion.

And the customer service response is always the same, copy, cut and paste answers that go no where.
I bought into Dealfun before Christmas, paid my $99, won a bid for a 7" Android Tablet for $17.96 on Dec. 1, 2017, and 2.5CH Gyro Sim Helicopter for $1.69 on Dec. 3, 2017. And according to their advertised claims I should have them by Christmas. I complained in Jan, 2017 that I still don't have them. They gave me some extra bids. Nothing. Complained to Dealfun customer service again and they sent me a notice with a tracking code. The tracking code does not work with any know shipper, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. I complained again and got another different trackig code. That was Jan. 23rd. They are not honest, they lie, and they don't ship what was paid for.
I have had the same problems with these scammers. Pay for bids, win auctions and pay for items then am told their vendor can't provide items. They give you a hand full of voucher bids that if are not used almost immediately will disappear from your account. I have never received any items that I won. Now they won't even answer mail. I would imagine they are being overwhelmed with pissed off customers that are tired of being lied to and blown off. This has all come to a head and the jig is up. Hope they get what's coming to them for cheating people. I am not even able to deactivate my account evidently due to their so called maintenance. How long can this possibly take. I believe we have seen the end of deal farse, sorry, I mean deal fun. Fortunately for me, I was only dumb enough to buy bids one time back in October. Do yourself a favor. If you ever hear the words deal fun, don't walk, run. These people ought to be convicted for fraud.
