DD214 Direct review: Don't waste your money

I need a copy of my DD214 for a job I was applying for and the National archive posted that it would take up to 6 weeks. I contacted GetmyDD214 and stated they could be able to turn it around in 1-3 business days. I paid the fee of $129 and waited. this was January 5th. The next day I received a notification that a rep was working on my case. two day later I'm receiving an update that my copy be ready as early as [protected]. I contacted the customer service to explain that I was told it would only take three days and I wanted to cancel since Icould not wait that long. They refused to cancel.
