I paid $129 to get my husbands DD214 in September. I received a letter from National Personnel Records Center stating not enough information was found, to contact state National Guard. I received that information. Now what. I sent a message to DD214 to see if they wanted it.
Their response," Thank you for reaching out. Checking our records we have already emailed the documents back in October 2025. We do not require any more information since the order is already complete."
we did not receive the DD214. I am requesting a refund.

Claimed loss: $129

Desired outcome: Total refund.
