My DD214 was ordered just under a year and half ago. To this day, I still have not gotten it. When I call to ask about it or to try to get a refund of the $100 that I spent for it to be expedited, I am out on hold for any time between 15 and 30 minutes just to be directed to their voicemail asking for my name and number. I never get a call back. Now I am in a position where I am losing money because I do not have it. I cannot do anything without it. No VA benefits, no nothing. So better for our country's veterans, seriously, because all you've successfully done is rob me of $100.
Recommendation: Simply do not go through them. Find someone else to help, because they won't.
