No need for anyone to be surprised at DCF negligence. I am a victim of it too. As well as my 15 year old daughter who died because of DCF negligence. When I adopted her, DCF knew her biological mother was infected with HIV but never told me or my wife. She could have lived a long happy life had DCF screened things properly and made sure information was passed on to adoptive parents. They constantly fail children and nothing happens to them. They never apologize or compensate for the loss. But as soon as a parent simply "appears" to be failing their children, DCF is quick to remove them. Its time for someone to hold them responsible, I don't have the funds to sue but I hope success to the ones who canl. Here's a video of my little girl http://www.youtube.com/watch?v... . The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
...no abuse, no neglect, no domestic v, no drug/alcohol use , but my grandson was taken 11 pm sleeping from his bed by paperless 2 SCF social workers and 3 police cars. how? counselor of the child's school called Juvenile judge and told that me - the grandmother - has guns at home and that's why child misbehaving at school ... I NEVER held any gun in my entire 54 year long life. can someone help?
These incidents must have been a long time ago because my granddaughters have been traumatized and put through hell by their drug abusing mother & her mother who covers for her for the last 5 years, they are now 12 & 10 and they are so psychologically scarred I don't know if they will ever heal. Even though numerous 51A's were filed their mother would threaten these kids and say to them if you tell DCF about anything they will take you away & you will never see anybody that you love ever again. Then the numerous investigators would question the kids within earshot of the mother. Well if they screwed up she would scream at them and hit them so does DCF really think with the threat of losing everyone they love and getting screamed at, punished & the [censored] beat out of them is conducive to an honest evaluation of what is going on in the home? Then when DCF did find out that the oldest was getting hit they did nothing, when they found out the girls were being left alone all day in the summer they did nothing. When they found out the mothers boyfriend overdosed in front of the youngest one they did nothing. They came out once a month for an hour it is easy to fake perfection for an hour especially when you have the girls maternal grandmother who is the worlds biggest manipulator covering for her abusive daughter by using the same threats and verbal abuse. And to top it all off once upon a time if your child was born with drug related issues it was an automatic lose custody, do not leave hospital with baby but apparently that is no longer the case. A little over a year ago My granddaughters mother had a baby with her aforementioned junkie boyfriend and the baby had to remain in the hospital for 2 weeks because of the mothers drug use during pregnancy. Then she was able to walk out the door and take her baby home and went right back to using . Maybe its because she's Caucasian & not a minority that she is able to get away with this. There is so much more to this story it would shock you. But if any lawyer needs to use this case as an wxample of unfairness in the system then I'm sure they can get a hold of me.

I am having the same problem here in Fl I have raised my grandson his whole life his parents in and out of jail they have a drug problem. DCF took my grandson from me no papers want even tell me why I can only have supervised visits The keep saying I am not a party to this after raising him for 8 years I think I am a party to this
DCF took my daughters with out papers nothing but a verbal statement of these false claims she took my kids and didn't give us a reasonable answer of why she's taking them. What can we do
