I am saddened by the level impossible buyers will go to taint an excellent breeder. Agata is so knowledgeable and available for questions. I have bought several kittens from her and she NEVER! disappoints me. I have dealt with buyers in my business and some people just can not be given enough time or care. They are what I call a sponge of need. They think that the breeder has no life and should be at their beckon call. I would hope that anyone reading these reviews notices that no one is complaining about the quality of their kittens. Her kittens are simply Amazing! Her breeding protocols are flawless, her kittens are totally amazing, and she is totally honest. If your looking for a best friend to take your ridiculous calls day and night, find a shrink. If you are looking for an amazing kitten that is strong, healthy, and cute as a bug, call Agata!

I am very sorry that I never replied. I do reply to every email, occasionally emails go to spam folder. I do my best to check that but if I missed it I truly apologize. All my cats are hcm, pkd, etc tested. I had no reason to not reply as I am very big on being upfront and tell my families to ask for these things no matter what breeder they choose.

I'm Agata, the breeder in question. First let me address that Bratt R., who wrote the initial review had 3 deposits with me over the course of many months. He backed out on 3 kittens, all those times. I have spent hours of communicating with him at all hours of the day and night (well into midnight) and sent many pictures. Days before pick up he backed out on one. Then the other kitten. Requested a refund, i told him that my deposits are not refundable (as any breeder with that policy). I did offer to transfer the deposits to future kittens. He came back months later and asked for another kitten and demanded i apply both deposits to the one baby. I offered two kittens, but he only wanted one. So we picked another baby, spent again time communicating and sending pictures. I transfered his one deposit to that kitten. A week before picking up I had no responses from him about arranging to get his kitten. He finally responded and told me he was sick and thats why he wasmt emailing me. In a meanwhile he was communicating with other breeders about obtaining a kitten from them. That's totally fine, I told him that he is welcome to get any kitten from anywhere he wants, but I would appreciate letting me know if he was still serious about getting a kitten from me. He backed out Again! Then requested a refund for BOTH deposits. These were deposit from the previous 2 kittens he backed out on. At this point I was so frustrated with him backing out again that I offered to refund one deposit, even though I didn't have to since that was his 3rd kitten he passed on. He then proceeded to tell me he will proceed with his bank account to get the other deposit refunded. When he was unsuccessful, he wrote this horrible review about me. Knowing my policy, and I'm sure he knew every breeder has the same policy, he made me look like i am a thief?! I do not scam or steal money. I refunded 200, out of 400, even though he was not entitled to any refund at all.
It's not fair to take up a breeders time, hours on end for months, and assume that the breeder should refund anything when not entitled to, knowing the policy up front. I work hard, take care of my cats and kittens, I communicate promptly with all the families. I receive emails and calls all hours of day and night and always answer the phone and reply. Many years of breeding, and I never have been accused of being nasty, unresponsive or that I steal money.
I have all the emails between Bratt and I to prove how everything happened. It's despicable that one upset person, who was in a wrong, can post such horrible review without proof and ruin an excellent reputation. Just awful.
