DAZN Group On May 9, 2022 the business charged my credit card after the subscription was paused

On May 9, 2022 the business charged my credit card after the subscription was paused. Pausing a subscription is an option the business' platform but after said pause I was charged the monthly subscription price of $19.99.I attempted three times by chatting with a business representative and was reassured all three time I would receive a refund but all I received were emails about the refund but not the actual refund. I also attempted to escalate the chat to a manager or supervisor but the representative did not allow it by writing "Management is not available.

This company charge me 60 dollar for a ppv fight that I was never able to play because of the piece of app that they have.Then I open another account on a a different phone with a different email and pay 80 dollars for it and when a tried to play the fight and share to my tv I could never play on my tv it looked all blurry the last thing I deserve is a refund.

I'm a long-time subscriber, registered under my email address. New prices are offered to new subscribers, but when I resubscribed, I was charged a different amount. I'm not exactly sure what the grandfathered price was. I believe it is $100, but I have yet to confirm this with my credit card statement. I contacted customer service through the chatroom on their website to address this issue, but I only received a generic email in response, which stated that my email is associated with my account. This was not helpful, and I have been unable to reach out to them since the phone number provided does not work.

I cancel my subscription on May 5 in order to avoid any future charges. I was informed that I still had access until the end of my subscription May 9, 2022. On May 10, 2022 I was charge the subscription fee of $99.99.

DAZN, the subscription-based sports network, presented me with an issue when I attempted to cancel my subscription. I went through the prescribed system to cancel, but they persisted in charging my credit card for an additional four months post-cancellation. Upon contacting them for a refund, they insisted that cancellations should be made directly on their website, which was not made clear beforehand. This approach seems deceptive and an unethical method of generating income. They denied my refund request even after I showed evidence of my cancellation attempt and the reasonable belief that my subscription had been terminated.

DAZN Group I was charged twice for usage of DAZN in the month of December

I was charged twice for usage of DAZN in the month of December . I have two payment methods on file and both were charged. I contacted DAZN Customer Service via email 3 times and via online chat agent. I received no response to my emails, other than an auto confirmation email, and the online chat agent said she would escalate my issue, but I otherwise never heard back. There is no phone number listed to call. Therefore I cannot get ahold of anyone to refund me for the double charge. I have been attempting to contact someone since December *** and it is now the

I signed up for DAZN 30 day free trial to try the streaming service through my xfinity box on my tv in May . It was very poor quality and the streaming wasnt working correctly. I canceled the trial within the 30 days in order to not be charged on my credit card. I was then still charged $19.99 in June . After attempting to contact DAZN customer service multiple times for refund all I have received is automated emails. I would like a refund and my information removed from this company.

I have been charged for the last 2 months from my Apple Subscription for DAZN, but I have lost access. A ticket has been placed and they keep giving me a run-around. 2 Months being charged and not being able to see any of the sports events. In the last chat, I had with the support person, they told me just cancel the account.

I purchased a streaming service from DAZN on May 9 for $99.99. It worked at first but then it stopped working. Constantly crashing and buffering. I tried to resolve it with the company but was unable. DAZN intentions are to continue charging me for a product that doesn't work without a refund.And, Lastly they have no customer service for consumer complaints to resolve or fix such matters either by phone or email.

I cancelled my DAZN subscription on 12/20 and was billed for another year of subscription on 4/2/22 for the amount of $99.99. They said they would not refund me due to a policy that I can't find or doesn't seem to exist. I want a garantee that I will not be charged again and want a full refund. I cancelled 4 months before they charged me, this should be plenty of time to remove me from their billing system!

I believe dazn did a bait and switch on consumer. When they started their business they promise that all event would be free to all customer that paid a monthly fee or a yearly feed. In 2022 I renew my yearly my member ship to only find out that I now would have to for pvv event if i wish to see the best fights they provided. I feel dazn advertise their business to get customers to sign up to the yearly membership and then switched the deal to get customers to paid more to see the pvv events. If I knew they where going to have pvv fights I would of never purchase the yearly member ship and just purchase the pvv events when I wanted. What fraud.

I signed up for a DAZN on December 19th and paid a fee of $19.99. We didn't want to continue with the service, so we cancelled the next day on December 20th. I was reviewing my credit card bill and I noticed two charges for $19.99. The first was on January 20 and the second was on February 22. I didn't even realize DAZN kept our account active after we cancelled. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I have never even heard of DAZN first of all. Just wanted to clear that up.So today I woke up to my bank account being charged *** for DAZN limited.So I contacted them and apparently someone got our card information and used it on this site. Now we have to wait a few days and hope we get our money back. I have no idea how this happened. I dont even understand how some one got that credit card info. After reading reviews and complaints on the company this seems to be happening alot.So I'm wanting to warn anyone this may happen to.I gave them proof of my account being charged and that I had nothing to do with that email. So now it's a waiting game.

On Jan. , 2019 I cancelled and received the cancellation notice from DAZN. It states : Your DAZN subscription has been cancelled. Your DAZN subscription has now expired and no further payment will be taken from you .We're sorry to see you go. Lights OUT. The issue: it is June *** and they are still taking $9.99 per month. from my account. Have attempted multitude of times to get this resolved including getting my bank to contact DAZN to no avail.

dazn offered one month free subscription ending *** July , cancelled before, the end of the subscription. Dazn went ahead to charge my account after cancellation. on inquiry (via email) Dazn lied that I cancelled on the *** July . Requested for a proof that I cancelled late none was ever sent to me either did I received any notification (before or after) about this fraudulent charge. I have being emailing Dazn for the past 2 days requesting they share with me proof that I cancelled on the *** of July or an escalation path to address this issue either of this request was granted. I want to reiterate, dazn is not transparent and sincere in their dealiing

DAZN Group DAZN strongly advertised that they have the rights to La Liga in Canada

DAZN strongly advertised that they have the rights to La Liga in Canada. I, therefore, proceeded after much consideration to buy a yearly subscription from them for CAD150 on August ***. I found out after just a couple of days that DAZN actually lost their rights to La Liga, which they did not communicate to their customers at all. The did not even provide a straight answer to the many questions they received about this over the past few days, in what seemed to be a complete lack of transparency and honest conduct of business. I requested full refund today, because my subscription was a result of false advertisement and misleading marketing. However, they refused to refund me.

I have been charged CA$169.50 for my annual membership on July 7 on my debit card even though I had cancelled my monthly membership a long time ago and have not signed up for an annual one. What is worse is when I log into my account, I cannot use the service, it simply says that I have to choose between a monthly membership or an annual membership. I have checked every single email from dazn and there is not one that talks about an annual membership, I even found the email that confirms the cancellation of my monthly payment. $170 is not a little amount and I need a refund. There is no way to contact DAZN right now directly which is very irresponsible. I am hoping for and expecting a reply from DAZN here.

I bought a Dazn subscription on 8/1 for $99 mainly to watch Canelo's boxing matches. Initially, Dazn claimed all fights were included with the subscription, without PPV fees. Preferring savings, I chose the annual plan. Now, Dazn requires extra PPV fees for certain matches, including Canelo's, despite my prepayment. This feels like a deceptive bait-and-switch tactic.

I signed up for the DAZN free trial in August and cancelled it also in August still within the free cancellation period. My cancellation request was marked as process in my DAZN account but DAZN never sent me an email confirming it. Now I found out that they didn't process my cancellation properly and have been charging me this whole time. They already charged me $40 ($20 per month) incorrectly. I tried to contact them for a refund but it is nearly impossible. I couldn't find a support phone number or email address. Their support section is hideous and a disrespect to consumers as it keeps you in a loop looking for their contact information like "click here to contact support" and when you click it takes you back to the same page. I request a full refund and that DAZN stop charging me!

DAZN Group I have a subscription with ****

I have a subscription with ***. My automatic renewal occurred on 5/8/2022. After that date when trying to access the *** site the message I kept and still get is that I need to renew my subscription even though *** has already gotten the annual fee, therefore, I haven't had access even though they got their money. When trying to contact *** to resolve this issue the contact number *** goes to a recorded message and then hangs up on me. When I sign on and get the renewal message I select continue then go to the help/contact which says you can chat but the chat agent is always offline. I even selected to renew the subscription even though it would be an overpayment of the annual subscription so I could access my account which I was able to do to verify the auto-renewal was processed. After doing this to gain access I logged off and tried to log back on and again I got the renew subscription message and no access to the site unless I paid again.

DAZN Group This complaint involves my monthly subscription that I've had since the inception of the company (2016)

This complaint involves my monthly subscription that I've had since the inception of the company (2016). I paid my monthly amount of $10.59 via apple on the due date. Unfortunately, DAZN decided to cancel my subscription without merit. I didn't find this out until I tried to watch a fight on Saturday, April 24 and was unable to access my subscription. I then took the steps of trying to login, but was prompted to choose between a monthly plan of $19.99 or a yearly plan of $99.99 which made absolutely no sense considering I already have a plan. I then proceeded to reach out to DAZN thru chat and was advised to provide proof of payment. I provided a screenshot of my receipt along with a screenshot showing my subscription is in an active status via email from apple to DAZN support. As of today, I have yet to receive a reply back to the email support requested I provide the previously mention documentation. Also, the only correspondence I've had has been initiated by me.

My son and I signed up for this service. We used my son's account for all our viewing so I decided to cancel my account. When I went to sing on (I never did after signing up since we used my son's) I would get an error message stating they could no validate my credentials. I went to their website and did online chat with a customer service representative who tried helping me but told me the same thing that they could not find me under my name nor my email or device. Therefore they could not cancel account. Not sure how they are withdrawing $19.99 every month for the last year almost but say they can't find any other information. I have emailed back and forth with their customer service and they state they would immediately check for my information but again asked me the same questions of my email, name and debit card used and again they stated they could not find my information and could not cancel. I went to my bank and got a new debit card in hopes of being able to stop the withdraws...

I was told that Mastercard shared my new credit card number without my consent as a convenience to my subscriptions. I had to cancel my new credit card.I have never spoke, emailed or reached out to DAZN Limited. I have never heard of them or from them EVER! Very upsetting as it is also impossible to reach them. I am not sure how this company got my credit card number as I only use it for a small renter insurance payme...

DAZN Group I've been paying for a monthly subscription to stream sports via the **** application

I've been paying for a monthly subscription to stream sports via the *** application. All of a sudden on 2/19/22, 2/26/22 and 3/5/22 I was unable to use the application and my sign in was not working. *** did not have support available as there site stated they were under maintenance. I would initiate a chat and the chat would set me to waiting status for hours with no response. Finally today (3/7/22) I was able to reach on agent who had me wait long periods of time. I advised the agent of the issues. The agent said someone changed my email in their system to another email. I advised i was not happy and that this was obviously a security breach on their end and that i wanted a refund and also wanted my account closed. The agent named Nikita *** tried to brush off the issue and refused to give me a credit. She did not give me answers related to how my account was breached and did not initiate any investigation on my behalf which is highly concerning. There is no phone number or way for me to escalate my security concerns and refund request. I'll never do business with *** again.

DAZN Group I tried the 30 day trial from DAZN on January **,

I tried the 30 day trial from DAZN on January ,. I used the Free Trial link which asked me for my credit card number. I added my credit card number thinking I was getting 30 days before they charged me. I cancelled on January ,. I noticed a charge on my credit card from DAZN on January ,, when I signed up for the free trial. When I emailed DAZN customer support they said: 'I have checked your account under *** and can see you were charged on the *** of January and the subscription was cancelled then on the *** of January. I don't however see a free one month trial under this account being used.' I signed up because it was a 30 day trial, I don't understand why they aren't able to see that since it was the only link I clicked on before it asked me for my credit card, or I wouldn't have just signed up randomly since I've heard issues with their streaming quality and wanted to check it out before subscribing. I replied back to that email with a screenshot about the 30 day trial link I used to sign up with, and they said they were forwarding it to the billing dept and then I never heard back from them.

DAZN Group On December 24th, I paid for a yearly subscription to access the site/app for around 150 dollars plus tax

On December 24th, I paid for a yearly subscription to access the site/app for around 150 dollars plus tax. No problems. I canceled the subscription and received a confirmation email affirming that. The subscription ended one year later on December 24. I also received emails from Dazn about the failure to charge my old card because I closed that account during the year. I upload a new card detail which is not my card but my wife's to potentially get on a month service and switch to monthly when dazn automatically made 3 transactions out of her card without permission. One for 150 plus taxes and 2 for 170 for a debit and a credit which there was no authorization for. We canceled again right away within 24hrs and requested a refund for the 150 plus taxes but were refused. The customer service is non existent and you are only left with automatic responses from a computer and there is no number to call. We did not authorize the card to be charged for a recurring yearly payment. Only a one time payment. And we canceled the subscription days beforehand. Horrible business model and don't give out ANY card details to these crooks! BEWARE.

DAZN Group I subscribed to DAZN one year ago for a one-year membership, and due to the Wuhan virus, DAZN stopped broadcasting live boxing back in March,

I subscribed to DAZN one year ago for a one-year membership, and due to the Wuhan virus, DAZN stopped broadcasting live boxing back in March, which is when I stopped tuning in to the service. On August *, ithout warning, DAZN billed my credit card for $99.00, the cost of another year's subscription. Although it says in their terms of service that they do not offer refunds on cancelled subscriptions, DAZN had ought to, especially due to the Wuhan virus and the cessation of live boxing back in March, offer subscribers at least a warning that they are about to charge the subscriber's credit card, just as a courtesy. Had DAZN given me such a warning, I would have cancelled my subscription immediately. I have tried repeatedly to reach DAZN by email, and though they said they would respond to my emails, they have not done so, their telephone number is hidden in their terms of service and their chat service never works. Also, though I cancelled my subscription to DAZN the same day that they billed me for another year, because they have not returned my emails I have no way of confirming whether my subscription has actually been cancelled. I do not want to keep being billed by DAZN.

I purchased the canelo fight, I kept getting kicked out of my devices when trying to stream on two locations in my house during a party. We tried using only one device and still kept getting kicked out. I messaged customer service when it was happening but could not get through, I spent a lot of money for a fight we could only watch parts of. We have Roku on two tvs so we unplugged one trying to figure out the problem. The second tv, the one we were watching was also unplugged to reset and it worked for awhile and then the error message came up again and again and again. Super frustrating during a party with no customer service available. No one else has my login and I reset my password just to be safe. I requested at least a partial credit toward the fight since we were unable to watch the entire fights due to technical issues that were not our fault. I did everything I could to solve the issue. The customer service agents response was I'll report this incident ***, if the issue ever happens again please contact us. I understand the frustration and we apologize for the issue. I let *** the agent know I paid $60 for a fight I could only partially watch, thats pretty ridiculous. I also have the message codes with me requesting help before and during the fight an apology doesnt at all solve the problem. Id like a fair resolution to this frustrating issue!
