David R Cherry review: Scam 2

Hello

My name is Donald Powers and I currently have a builder that is marking construction projects up 100% over what I should be paying for the work. At this
time I can not stop him, because he has drained over $280, 000 from our construction account. We have nothing left in our account so I am going to have
to get another loan for $70, 000 to finish my home, where the $280, 000 should have been more then enough to finish the house. David R Cherry (builder)
got the last draw for $49, 000 and has not finished the job.

The builder was suppose to get a flat fee only and was not to mark up prices on projects.

Examples of what he is doing:

The List goes on and on, but at this time the Contractor (David R Cherry) will not provide me with any canceled checks or even
give me the list of the people that have worked on the house so I can finish the job myself...

I found out that as of Sep 1 any builder in Texas does not even need to have a license to build, anyone can be a builder if the customer hires them to do the work.

NOTE: IF you or anyone else can some how help me expose this fraud, maybe we can stop another family for being ripped off my this con-artist.
