I am entitled to a $5 discount as a repeat customer. I tried putting in the information provided by dauntless for the discount, but it appears that the credit was not given. The email I recieved is printed below. Please provide the appropriate credit.

Thanks - I do appreciae it. however, we use a third party company (swreg) to handle the purchases. This is why we go to so many extremes to make sure that you contact us before you have problems and make it very clear that we are unable to ajudicate afterwards - we have no way of making ''adjustments'' or even knowing exactly what you were billed - we do not see your cc number or contact your billing info in any way, essentially.

as i said, i tried your info and it worked on the first try. what I can do is make you offers on future purchase, which is within my rights here at the helpdesk, and so this is what I can tempt you with (even though, from my standpoint, our systems have been working perfectly):

1. buy a copy of our Safelog pilot logbook software for PC (FAA version, I assume) and I can give you a free code for RideReady - IFR Airplane which will help you prepare for your IFR checkride (a $30 value)


2. Buy a copy of our RideReady - IFR airplane software and I can give you a free copy of FastFAR, our FAR/AIM software (a $20 value).

Sorry to hera you''re having problems. Just to be clear, the $5 discount only applies if you want to purchase a SINGLE TEST BANK of the groundschool faa written test prep software - ie, groundschool IFR if you''re working on your instrument now having completed your private.

to get this discount:
1. visit

2. select the top buy now button for a single test bank.

3. select ifr or whaver you want

4. go through the order process until it asks you for the discount info

5. enter your unlock code


and your email address


then, it will recognize you and apply the discount, which should be evident from that point.

I tried this with your info, and it worked fine, so I don''t know what the issue is that you are having. please try it again and it should work.

I used your dauntless software to pred for my FAA private pilot exam, which I passed in late 2008(?). I''m now working on my IFR rating and would like to use your software again. My laptop hard drive was replaced about 3 weeks ago so I have no access to any of the info from my previous purchase (I kicked the laptop in frustration trying to get the King DVD''s to run... guess I showed that hard drive, HUH?).
