DAU5 review: Driver pay and raises.

I have been driving for a team at DAU5, with my total time spent driving being 3 years. I have gotten one raise. I am a top performer, NEVER called in, show up to work in snow, rain, heat, a mix of weather, completing routes... Never been in trouble. Our team is the lowest paid. Advertised teams start at $18. Beginner pay in my current team is $17.75. Even current drivers that have lasted over a year have not received raises. We're all tired and frustrated that Amazon does not recognize our pay and worthiness. Team owner says Amazon has to give him more money to provide raises and they are not. Who can we contact? We have the hardest job of anyone associated with Amazon. Who can we contact to get the raises and increased wages? Are we not worth it? Why not try to hold on to drivers by offering better pay instead of constantly hiring new drivers who do not last?
