I listed two properties with Allison McGowan of D'aprile Realty. There were numerous problems, e.g I waited for an hour for buyer's agent and per buyer's agent Allison did not confirm showing until last minute; I listed properties as is, but Allison did not follow the instruction. Buyer's attorney wanted 15% off for minor issues after inspection; etc. Most important problem has been Allison McGowan simply ignored my communication. Contingent status lasted for 45 days, and she simply ignored all of my requests; I told her to put back on the market, I asked her status, etc. I wrote review on Allison in Zillow. Suddenly Allison contacted me immediately and demanded me to remove the review. I responded her if she does not ignore my communication until closing, then I will request Zillow to remove the review. My title company contacted my agent, who is Allison. My title company cancelled immediately after conversation with Allison. I contacted her employer. Kathleen Padilla, managing director of D'april, contacted me and accused me that I "demanded Allison McGowan to perform attorney acts in violation of laws." I requested to provide any single evidence since all communication between Allison McGowan and I were in writing. Kathleen Padilla kept her mouth shut off. Lindsey D'april then asked not to email her. When I asked Linsey D'april, who will follow up since Kathleen Padilla disappeared without providing any single evidence of her accusation of illegal acts. Kathleen Padilla then responded to me that Allison McGowan was contacted by title company that was performing attorney acts. When I responded title company had no question to Allison, but it was procedure to contact real estate agent. She then demanded Illinois is attorney state and I must have an attorney. I have experience of closing with and without attorney. I explained Kathleen Padilla 6 states require attorney to be present at closing, and Illinois is not. The next day, Kathleen Padilla called and emailed buyer without my permission and informed that she would replace Allison McGowan. When I emailed buyer to disregard Kathleen Padilla's message because I was neither informed nor approved, Kathleen Padilla repeatedly emailed buyers that she can replace as managing director etc. When I demanded her to provide such clause, she did not. I had to email Lindsey D'April and Ryan D'April to control Kathleen Padilla who apparently out of control. Through out these ciaos, Ryan D'April and Lindsey did not step up. Only time they responded was when Kathleen Padilla could not provide any single evidence of her accusation on me as illegally demanded Allison McGowan to perform attorney acts; Lindsey D'April asked not to be emailed.

What a ridiculous and nonprofessional company; owners, managing director, and agent! None of apologized for their false accusation of illegal acts, violation of Section 15-75 Minimum Service requirements, Kathleen Padilla's contacts with buyers without seller's approval, and etc.
