Danette Edgell review: 14 sets of 650 count sheets and customer service

April 2017 I purchased 14 sets 650 count sheets. 2 king, 12 queen via the internet. $450.00
These are for a small 8 room motel.
We are in Naselle Washington a very rural area.
May and June are slow for this are, mostly hunting and fishermen here.
The sheets in 2 of the 8 room motel were used about 3/4 of June. July was extremely no occupancy. August the motel was busy. After this use only the sheets horribly wrinkled, fraying was on the sheets, and have thinned with holes.
On 09/21/17 forward I have been given the run around. First contact was with a Mabel, she was not real customer friendly. Mid stream she forwarded me to another representative which then never came on, then I was switched to a survey.
I then called JC PENNY spoke with an Emila, she gave me the order #
[protected], My phone #[protected]. She worked with me for a very long time, then a supervisor was connected, which I was told I could not mail back in the sheets all 14 sets, 650 thread count, was to return to closest which is Three Rivers Mall in Kelso WA. That was it, no any of what to do about returning or exchange or refund. Period.
09/22/17 Contacted Corporate Office spoke to a Curtis, which he could not find my order anywhere. I placed this order on My JC Penny account.
There were many emails sent on this day, but your power was going out and you could not receive any emails this was stated from Curtis. After speaking with Curtis he stated he would research my account and return my call in 10 minutes. NO RETURN as of yet and it is Tuesday 9/26/17, 2pm pacific time zone.
I only have one day a week to travel to remedy this sheet debacle. Hunting season is very soon, I need sheets, which I paid $450.00
650 thread count sheets do not wrinkle, fray, get holes in them.
Please some one help me address this concern.
