On July 26, 2021 I signed a contract to have siding, 12 windows and fascia/guttering completed with DaBella Denver. As of today 2 Apr, 2022 it still has not been completed. After a 7 hour "quote appointment", they still had to come back 4 separate times, all unannounced and disruptive to our time off. I should have known this would become a problem, but still gave them a chance.

They stated that they were working on another project in my area, and would contact me regarding the start date and begin after that. Not one phone call or email from anyone in the company. I found out when they started piling supplies in my driveway when I came home one night. And not where I asked them to put them. Then the next day my dumpster showed up, again put in a place that was the complete opposite of my requested placement area. The crew showed up on a Friday morning as I was off to work. Not really planned very well. All in all, a few mishaps by the construction crew caused damage to 3 of my yard ornaments, even though they were moved away from the house as directed, they demolished my back porch light, left nails and screws throughout my yard and driveway that I am still finding (no high powered magnet daily as promised), and I still have construction supplies in my back yard. No offer of replacements or money was ever offered. Additionally, they assumed the windows group would be out soon, and did not seal the windows. During my wait for the windows, we took high winds, and I actually had a HUGE windows completely fall out of the frame. I had to leave work, and go get an emergency pane to replace it with. This was seen by my original sales rep on Dec 8, and again, no offer of replacement, or monetary compensation involved.

The team that replaced the fascia and gutters were great. No complaints.

In September, I received a call from DaBella stating that they only had 9 of the 12 purchased windows. They stated that due to materials and manufacturing issues that they could not get the 3 biggest widows at that time. They would be delivered sometime in October. During my "waiting period" for these other 3 windows, I had 2 random people from DaBella show up completely unannounced to my home (once on a Sunday morning around 9am), asking to take pictures of my property. I obliged and asked them to check the status of my windows that had not yet been completed. Getting absolutely no responses from anyone, I decided to contact the company directly. I called every Tuesday in November. Not a single person picked up a phone. I left messages every time, and received no call backs ever. My original sale rep, Jack, showed up on Dec 8, 2021, again unannounced to once again take pictures. When I told him of the problem he stated he would handle it. On Dec 17, I had to text him yet again because I had not heard from him or anyone in the company regarding the windows. He replied with "I'm going to fix this for you. I was told this was handled. I'll update you with an installation date." Once again...no responses afterward. Then on Monday Dec 27, I received a call from the windows group stating that they only day they could get here would be Dec 29. I took an emergency day off from work to oblige because I was afraid they wouldn't make it back out here. They had to remove some of the trim and siding because of improper or incorrect measurements. They told us that someone would be out to replace those sections the next week (week after New Years). On Jan 17, 2022, again still hearing NOTHING from anyone in the company, I texted my original sales rep again to inquire as to the status. He replied with he will get it taken care of. As of today 2 Apr, STILL NOT FIXED. He also replied with in the future call my office manager Melanie. He basically disregarded anything from this point. So I attempted to call Melanie once a week at the number he gave me. I left 4 messages, and never received a call back. I got tired of waiting for a call , so thought it might help if I contacted their online assistance. Tried that, was told I would get a call within 24-48 hours. Still haven’t gotten that call either. On Feb 18, I FINALLY got Melanie voice to voice on the phone. She stated it would be corrected within 1-2 weeks and she would call me the following week. As of 2 Apr (6 weeks), I still have not received a call, they have not responded to my voice mail messages, and the problem is STILL not fixed.

If they call and tell you they don’t have all items on your project list (for instance missing 3 windows), tell them they cannot complete until they have them all. You are not allowed to put on the contract that they are short 3 windows. This prevents them from getting their money from the bank that allows your loan. So you get to start and continue to pay for the items you haven’t even gotten yet. Probably why they don’t care about your incomplete project. I'm pretty sure this is a form of falsifying documents.

I will continue to attempt to reach the company regarding my INCOMPLETE housing project that they have already gotten paid for. But it's looking pretty grim. At this point, over a period of 8 months, I have not had a completed house for even 1 day, and they REALLY don't seem to care.

STAY AWAY from this company. If they won't even finish the projects, how can they ever try to fix a warranty issue...can't wait til that pops up for me.

Desired outcome: I would like the projects to be completed immediately, and also be provided a 10% refund for my inconveniences, extra days off to compensate for their lack of communication, and having to track down everyone to attempt to get this done.
