In 13 September i paid for my order via doku atm transfer, but it wasn't confirmed and so I ended up asking the owner but they didn't answer until now, just chatbot answering, so I need either a refund or the bed but I would prefer refund.

Please help be more effective. Iam attached my payment, so aliexpress can checked about my orders and payment. Thank u
