CT Construction, LLC review: Started Job and took deposit money now is gone 1

In Denver, CO I hired Chris Terry and Terry Construction, LLC for remodeling my house. We signed a contract and game him a deposit of $20, 000. After an initial period of solid contact and project go ahead, he is now not returning calls, emails or texts. And has not privided to me or the job site proper permits, insurance forms, and workers comp. He has not answered my requests to contact me after a job site layoff. And he has taken all of my deposit money and not given me a detailed, itemized list of costs of work done to the date. Also, he misled me on his "Hawaii" employment, only telling me he had a dispute with a former client that he ended up settling. Never telling me that he had his contractor's license revoked for 5 years on 9/19/14. I found that out during a records search.
