I purchased a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder on 08/29/21 from Crown Nissan in Greensboro, NC and never received my contract in the mail after asking for it at least 7 times in 8 months as I was told it would be mailed and never was. I finally got someone to email it to me November 2, 2021. My contract was also changed at some point. I have 2 copies of documents (one received by email and the other on NMAC website), but price for vehicle is different as well as charges and signatures. Still no contract in mail received. Also, they put insurance/coverage on my vehicle which says no charge (N/A) with my signature, then I since have received a copy stating it was $799.00, but it is not on the contract on NMAC. The version they have and the version I have are completely different. The prices are different and so are the signatures and coverage. I also was told at the time of purchase that there was no warranty on the vehicle (Manufacturer's or Dealer) and I needed to purchase one. So I bought the warranty for the vehicle which was also running concurrently with another. Money wasted. I later found out there was still a warranty on the vehicle because of the mileage and age. I have the sticker on the vehicle also stating that there is no warranty. I since was refunded partially because of complaining and contacting the Better Business Bureau about these issues, but it was a prorated amount. I have all documentation and contact between the employees at Crown Nissan and myself. I have all copies of purchase agreements that do not match. The salesperson was Alcuin Saunders which I emailed, called and text about the issues. The Finance manager which I feel is in the wrong was William Cooper I left messages for and emailed multiple times and the Executive manager Bryan Messick as well. The only person that helped at all in the process was Mina Saaman; he actually emailed me a copy of the agreement in November 2021. I feel I am a woman and they took advantage of me in this situation. To make matters worse, I wound up with a set of keys for another vehicle I had test drove instead of 2 sets of the one for the vehicle I purchased. Alcuin Saunders called me and then drove from Greensboro, NC to Asheboro, NC to my home to switch them with the correct set. Terrible service and it’s a shame no one can be honest or lie! This is not legal.
