Recently, I purchased a pair of Crocs from your Chinese flagship store online. I was very excited to receive them and couldn't wait to wear them. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received the first pair. The quality was poor, and I felt compelled to contact your online associates to request an exchange.
To avoid a repeat of this issue, I informed the assistance team in advance to ensure the quality of the second pair. Unfortunately, the second pair I received was of even poorer quality than the first. There were many blemishes on the shoes, and they appeared to have been worn previously.
As a loyal customer, I am disheartened to encounter such poor quality from a brand with a strong reputation. What was even more frustrating was the response from the Chinese flagship store when I raised my concerns: "I am sorry, but you can change it again." While I understand that I have the right to exchange defective products, I have already wasted too much time on this issue and have yet to receive a suitable pair of shoes even after seven days.
This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the quality control processes of your alliance partners. When your parent company selects alliance businesses, do you verify their certifications and quality standards? Additionally, do you assess customer satisfaction with your alliance partners annually?
I hope you can investigate this situation, as it does not seem to be an isolated incident in China.
