I wanted to see my credit report. found www.creditdiagnosis.com for a free 7 day trial. I logged in to see my credit report. Tried to use www.creditdiagnosis.com to help me deal with the questionable credit on my report. They could not help me since they deal with 1 credit bureau, not all 3. My bad credit was on the 2 they don't deal with. Within 1/2 hour, I canceled the membership. Then I notice an email from yoursavingsclub.com saying they would charge me 49.99 a year, but gave me an option to cancel. I canceled, but I have a feeling I am going to see something down the road.
Today I see a charge on my credit card statement from PMIDENTITY.CO for $29.95... What happened to the free 7 day trial? It's a lie. They steal from people. I had this same exact problem with freecreditreport.com. This is the reason I did not go back to them. What can be done about this? My bank wouldn't even help me with freecreditreport.com doing a charge back. I have a feeling they wont help me here either.

When ever you cancel your membership you should get a confirmation number along with an e-mail that you have canceled your memebership. Then you can dispute the charge with your bank and try to force them to do a charge back. I had similar situation that my bank said that, when you give an authorization to another party, you can't dispute the charge without any prove of cancelation.
I just recently started using the net and don't know what I'm doing most of the time. I go to a site that takes me to another site, then I can't find the first site again. I wound up at credit diagnosis from a survey where I had to try out two of the offers . I still haven't got my report, but there's a $29.95 charge on my debit card. I tried calling the no. on my statement, It was answered by a recording that after waiting five min. on hold, it hung up on me. I tried to cancel on the net and the site I had for Google and Yahoo both said there was no such site, so every day I've tried to find a way to cancel, today I put in creditdiagnosis.com cancel, and your site.
I was told I would be charge $1.00 and was charge that plus $39.95; For WHAT? I expect to be reimbursed for this or I will pursue further.
It took me a while to try to find out what was happening in my account. I want to cancel the 5968 creditdiagnosis at $29.95. Your help would be appriecated.

This wrong they did the same thing to me and I had no funds in my account so I had to pay INSFee's for the 1.00 chaged twice and the 29.99 charge!
Has taken unapproved charged out of my account
I have been charged $29.95 plus $1.00 for two months. I have not received a credit report or any mail or e-mail from creditdiagnosis.com. I called and received and account number [protected] and was told this was a member number. I did not sign up for any membership in anything. I thought the $1.00 was the cost of the credit report. I feel cheated out of $63.90. I expect refund of this amount immediately. This is a SCAM!
I expected to receive a credit report and nothing else.
I have cancelled the alleged membership and I do not even know what the membership was for.
Please send me my $63.90 taken out of my checking account and lose my e-mail address.
I expect to hear from you immediately. It not I will take legal action.

I wanted to check my credit report, found creditdiagnosis.com. the website stated that I would be chared only $1.00 which would be credited back to my account. When I received my statement, I had been charged three $1.00 charges and two $29.95 charges. I did not approve but one $1.00 charge and never did I receive the credit back for the $1.00 that I was supposed to get. This is really upsetting when they do not give you the complete truth, or are really take advantage of people. I have been unable to complain about these transactions because I was only give part of a phone number. If anyone has a phone number where I can get ahold of them please e-mail me @ madrid_garciar@yahoo.com.
I have tried several attempts to get a hold of Creditdiagnosis.com thru their email and their 800 number [protected]. Their email stated to go to a site to cancel. I went their and you have to have a member Id number. I did not want that I want to cancel. So I called the number to get member ID # that I needed to cancel and no one answered. Again I emailed them thru their website. On 11/3 applied for credit reports. Never email how to get to what I needed. Also on 11/6 emailed you on how to get to cancel since never receiving report? 11/7 you tried to push thru my bank but discovered that is was too early for the 7 day cancellation policy so on 11/10 you succeeded but the $1.00 and $29.95 needs to come off no one can cancel from you I when where your web page stated to go to cancel I don't have a member id # never did. So I called you all and no one answered. Still calling [protected]. since 11/4 to find out how to get my reports or to cancel. Now you have charged my account to be a member and I don't want to be a member I wanted to just see my reports which I never have. Please find my information and cancel me out. And take notice I do not want to be charged again next month. I want this resolved immediately. Take off $1.00 and the $29.95. I have notified my bank of these transactions.

Never heard from them ever so I am trying to fight with the bank to take off. I will never go to another online credit reporting place to see my credit or my so call scores. I never want to go thru this horrible experience. I hope someone does something to them. I am sure that I am not the first or the last to be continuously ripped off. I know that I will have to fight again next month if not resolved which is what I am trying to stop.
My bank statement revealed 3 debits of which I knew nothing about.
2 debits for CreditDiagnosis and 1 for Savings Club with total amount being $31.95
I had never so much as heard of CreditDiagnosis nor do I have a Savings Club account. The bank gave me numbers to call for inquiry but I only got recording requesting that I enter all my personal information... NO! I did not enter my information ...I closed out my account. I will be reporting CreditDiagnosis to my State Attorney General, as everyone should do.
I applied for the free credit report for $1.00 which was charged 3 separate times to my cc and then I have two separate charges on my credit card which were not authorized by me. I had cancelled my trial period and they still charged my credit card. I had written them
requesting they stop debiting my cc and to return my money. So far I have not had this done.
Beware of scam tactics. This so called free credit report service may cost you more than expected. Difficult to terminate service, but not imposible. Let them know that you will report them to the Better business bureau, state attorney general's office, consummer affairs, and Channel 7 (Mike Finney).
This company charged my credit card without my authorization. Neither did the company delivered any services for which they charged on my credit card. ITS A SCAM!
I went on th web site and paid the requested $1.00(refundable). When I received my bank statement there was a chaege of $29.99. I did not authorize this plus I never received the credit report offered. Stay away from this company.
MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I WOULD LIKE IT RETURNED!

I went on a website to get information about my credit score. I didn't realize that I had signed up for a monthly charge of $29.95. Moreover I nver received any alerts or credit score infromation. It's companies like this that should not be allowed to prey on people seeking information and help. Everyone victimized by creditdiagnosis should contact their state attorney to see if we can't put them out of business.
I canceled right after I got my credit report in April and i'm still being charged. I canceled again today 6/10/11. I feel this company owes me $29.95x2
