Credit Score Matters review: I created my account and canceled my account within the 10 days cancellation period, yet I was still charged the £19.99 monthly fee 5

I created my account and canceled my account within the 10 days cancellation period, yet I was still charged the £19.99 monthly fee. After many emails, this company are refusing to provide a refund, stating they received the cancellation after the 10 day period, which is absolute rubbish; it was actioned via their online cancellation form, 3 days after opening the account; they chose to ignore it until after the 10 day period. Don't use this company unless you're willing to lose money. Go with a more reputable company that cancel your accounts when requested and not 10 days later!

Credit score matters have taken two payments from my account of £19.95.. Which I'm really not happy about, I've never signed up to these kind of sites, and if I wanted there advice I'd of asked... So best you give me my money back, or I'll go to citizen advice! I know exactly how much I earn, owe and payout.so I don't and won't need you muppets, STOP ripping people off...

Sort it.!

Checked my bank account online this morning to find that The named company and a company called Rewardsnow.co.uk had decided that they would like to help themselves to £19.95 each from my account.

this incident occured after i signed up to Highcreditscore.co.uk after they offered a free trial after signing up and not received any confirmation, i immediatly went to the contact us page and requested to have my account cancelled with immediate effect, almost immediatyly i received the following.

But still they decided to help themselves to my money alongside with what i can only assume a sister company rewardsnow.co.uk

I have reported this as fraudulant activity to both my bank and the police, hopefully this will put a end to this.

I have never signed up with this company in my life and have just found that they have deducted three payments of £19.95 from my account. I did however sign up with Experian for their free trial and cancelled it before the free trial was over.

This is totally unacceptable and companies cannot and should not get away with this kind of scam.

I opened an account with credit score matters but did not recieve the welcome e-mail. So as i wasn't that bothered about getting my credit report i assumed the account hadn't been setup until 15 days later when £19.95 went out of my account. So i contacted them and told them what had happened and they said they don't offer refunds. Beware of this company who are also credit confidential
