Seriously disappointed in this company. Not only did the food truck "broke down" 4 days before the wedding (which after talking to the owner he had over booked, and we believe that was just an excuse) he shows up with tents and 3 vehicles. We asked for the vehicles to be moved due to picture's and only 1 was moved. He couldn't find the place, so the father of the bride traveled the road several times and almost missed pictures with his daughter. We ordered enough food for 75 people and there was not enough food plus the menu he told us he was bring was not what he brought. The food was not very good most of it went the trash cans and he was contracted to stay until 8. He left before 6. Then when final bill came, he charged $2100. Unfreaking real! You sir and your company made my daughter's wedding laughable, and it can never be redone. We will never recommend you to anyone. He did not provide the menu that was in the contract, the food truck or stay the time frame. the contract was for $20 a head for 75 (75 people where not there so where he got his numbers no one knows) people that's $1500 before taxes and he charged $2100 on top of a $300 nonrefundable booking fee (total of $2400, which he did return $215 of the booking fee). I believe after all you did you never should have charged us so much. Also, he had to borrow tables that we had to take away from people to sit at and eat because he did not bring the correct number of tables, table clothes and we had to go buy 80 pounds of ice for the drinks. On top of the tablecloth, he borrowed it was burnt and we had to pay for it out of our pocket. He also had 7 months to find the address and never did so he blamed us for being "off the grid" but the mailbox was marked not to mention wedding signs everywhere! If you want to be charged too much money for bad food that he got from a supermarket than by all means use this company, but you are better off grilling you're on food.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and i believe we should be refunded $600 plus $25 for the ice and $80 for the burnt tablecloth that was rented.grand total of $705. it should be more since he charged for too many people that were not there.
