On July 15th I responded to their on line ad for a 2022 Ford F150 Lighting for $54,489. I received a phone call from Warren Wiggins a little while later to set an appointment for 9:45am on the 16th. When I arrived at the dealer on the 16th at 9:30, I asked for Warren and was told to wait for him. A young man named Josh showed up a short while later and told me Warren was not there but he could help. He told me the truck would be $79000, not $54000. I asked to see the manager to explain why I was lied too but he was too busy. I left the dealer and later received a text from Zach who claims to be a sales manager and told me the on line ad was automatic but the vehicle is not for sale for 6 months. I asked why I was not told that Wiggins called to set up the appointment, got no answer. I believe Warren Wiggins is a code word for on line scam so their employees will know what to do when a customer shows up. I just want to warn people of their dishonest behavior, I would not buy a bandage from them if I were bleeding to death.

Desired outcome: Warn about that company
