C & R Boger - Complaint Description:
Salesman tried to justify the horrendous price of replacement windows ($1750 for a standard 4'x6', double slider) from a survey of what 200 realestate agents thought it should cost. When I objected (when is that last time you had a realestate agent install a window?) he said that his real price was half that, which was still almost twice the price of the highest of three other bids that I received. I am going to also contact the Washington Attorney Generals Office, notify them that I have contacted the BBB, and request that they follow up. When the fish smells rotten it probably is...

Please remove my complaint. C & R Boger apologized for the salesman's unethical sales tactics and said that it was just a mistake of a new salesman using sales tactics learned from a previous employer. They said that it would never happen again and were very nice. They very generiously offered to make amends for my lost time and aggravation and I accepted. I truly believe this was a mistake and they are a great company.

Why don't you try Home Depot up on East Hill, or that little glass and window shop on Central?
